Privacy Policy

Mustered is an AI coaching product that helps you set goals, break them into small actions, schedule those actions, and follow through. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. We collect only what you share with the coach or what is needed to run the service.

What we collect

• Account & profile. Your email address, and the profile details you choose to share during coaching (such as your name, timezone, profession, and employer).
• Goals, plans & actions. The goals you set, the plans and steps you build toward them, and the actions you commit to.
• Conversation history. Your full message history with the coach, which is retained so the coach can remember context across sessions.
• Google Calendar data. If — and only if — you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to read your availability and to create or update the events you confirm. This connection is optional and can be disconnected at any time.
• Notification subscriptions. If you enable push notifications, the device subscription token needed to deliver them.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the coaching service: to personalize coaching, generate suggestions, schedule actions, and send you reminders. Your conversations are processed by our large language model provider, Anthropic, which generates the coach's responses. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Google user data

When you connect Google Calendar, Mustered requests access to your calendar to read availability and to create or update the events you explicitly confirm. Google Calendar data is used only to provide these scheduling features. It is not used for advertising and is not transferred to anyoneexcept as needed to operate the service. Mustered's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings; doing so revokes Mustered's access on Google's side and deletes the stored tokens.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of sub-processors to run the service, and share data with them only as needed to operate Mustered:

• Anthropic — large language model that powers the coach.
• Google — calendar access, only if you connect it.
• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional and notification email.

We do not otherwise transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active so the coach can remember your goals and history. When your account is deleted, all associated data is removed (see below).

Deleting your account & data

To delete your account and all associated data, email kyle@mustered.com. Requests are actioned within 7 days. Deletion removes your account record along with everything tied to it — profile, goals, plans, actions, calendar events, notification subscriptions, any stored Google tokens, and your full conversation history — and removes your sign-in credentials so the account cannot be re-created from a stale session. (A self-serve delete button is planned for a future update.)
